February ’16 Favourites

Honestly it’s March already? 2016 sure is flying by already and I don’t know if I like it or not. In a month it’ll soon be my boyfriends 27th birthday, and that means spoiling him again… Oh dear. xD

This months favourites weren’t hard to think of, as I have been loving LOADS of products lately, especially anything that helps keep my hands, and lips soft and smooth. They’ve been rather dry with the cold weather lately, so those have been a priority.

So, here are my favourites for last month.

  • Percy & Reed Splendidly Silky Moisturising Shampoo. (link)

This was a purchase I made recently, and after only owning it for over a week, I already love it to bits! I bought this from work and got 20% knocked off of it with my discount, so it only cost me £12 something. It leaves my hair feeling lovely and moisturised, as well as soft. It also leaves my hair smelling gorgeous! My only problem with it is the drawings that Percy & Reed use… They women drawn are just so damn skinny and I fucking hate it. I mean, come on guys, they look anorexic! :S

  • Eurax Cream. (link)

I know this isn’t like… A major beauty product but it has really done my hands the world of good this month! I left this at my boyfriends back at the start of the year, and only recently retrieved it. I use this on my hands before I leave the house for work, during my shift, and in the evenings at home if I need some intense moisturisation. I have my eczema prescription in my handbag, it’s been there nearly a week now and I am STILL in need of collecting it! Don’t think I ever will at this rate. Either way, for the time being this hand cream is doing me the world of good, and is a definite must have if you have really dry skin.

  • Lush Rose Jam Bubbleroon. (link)

Obviously there isn’t a picture of this because I’ve used it but I just had to mention it this month, as I have really loved using it. I’m not a fan of rose scents, I am not a floral scent girl. I love my sweet smells, and mint scents. I got this in a gift set for my birthday, and my initial thoughts were, “Urgh I hate the smell of rose…” but when I used it in the bath it was actually a subtle sweet scent, and didn’t smell anything like roses to me. It of course left me feeling soft and smooth, so I will definitely repurchase this in the future!

  • Lush Snow Fairy Solid Perfume.

Apologies on no link for this item, but it was an item that came out in the Lush Kitchen so it was only limited edition. I LOVE Snow Fairy, have done since I discovered it in 2008. I owned a solid perfume of Snow Fairy years ago when I was a uni student and I loved it, but like all things Lush it ran out of date and had to be thrown away. Whilst I was on holiday I missed my chance to buy the perfume, so I didn’t miss my chance at picking this up! I like using this at work if I want something light to apply to my neck, wrists, and inside my elbow. I haven’t as of yet received any compliments on it, but I don’t care. I love it!

  • Organique Lip Balm in Cherry Candies. (link)

This is a lip balm that I picked up when I went to the Organique blogger event I attended this month (link), and it’s one that lives on my bedside table. I’m not a fan of using lip balms that involve me sticking a possibly germ sodden finger into the tub and then smother it all over my mouth, germs included. So I use it around the house. Although I really like this lip balm, I haven’t found it to be as moisturising as others I own. I’m hoping to review this soon mind. The best things about this is that it smells and tastes like cherry drops. Nom!

So those were my favourites from February! What products were you loving last month? Make sure to let me know in  the comments down below.

Until next time all, take care.
