Another tag, another day but this time it’s the spooky Halloween tag, once again brought to you by the lovely Jemma’s Simple Life. I’ve been a little quiet on my blog the past week due to being busy with work and personal life. It would seem since moving out I don’t get asย much time as I would have hoped to do blog work. Well either that or I’m too busy having a life… I guess.
SO without anymore blabbering I’m going to get on with the tag. ๐

1. Whatโs your favourite horror movie?
This is such a tough question because I don’t know… I literally just Googled “horror movies” to see what movies it came up with. I’ll take some off of the list that I love! The Shining, Rosemary’s Baby, Let The Right One In (the original version!), Scary Movie 1 and 2 (it’s a comical horror… IT COUNTS!), 28 Days Later, The Fly, The Silence Of The Lambs and Carrie (the old one but the new one is really good too!).
Shaun Of The Dead is by far my favourite though! I don’t care if it’s a romantic horror movie, it’s amazing!!!

2. What’s your favourite non-scary movie to watch around Halloween?
Definitely The Witches. It’s freaky for a kids film but it’s a kids film so it isn’t THAT bad. ๐

3. Do you have any Halloween traditions?
Not really to be honest. I’ve never been one to hand out sweets to any kids who knock on my door, watch horror films religiously, or go out every year. I just do whatever I fancy doing. However now me and Dane are in the house we may begin a new tradition to stay in and watch horror movies we’ve never watched before, eat popcorn and give Haribo out to trick or treaters. ๐

4. What are your plans for Halloween this year?
Just going to stay in and watch horror movies with Dane after work. Maybe cook pizza, have some ice cream and snuggle under our blanket. We have a tub of Haribo we’ll probably dig into too. We’ve already named some films we intend to watch over the weekend and on Monday.

5. What are you dressing up as this year?
I’m dressing up as someone who is shattered after a 4am start at work. So pajamas, fluffy booties, no bra, messy hair and a big fluffy blanket! Yeah I’m just going to chill out on Monday evening. ๐

6. Whatโs your first memory of Halloween?
I remember as a kid my mom taking me into a stationary shop as a kid and they sold bats that you could blow up and either hang up with a bit of string or just place wherever you fancy. I cuddled mine for some odd reason and I fell in love with it! Months later it got a hole it and broke. I was gutted! The next Halloween my mom bought me another one. From then on I’ve always loved bats, especially at Halloween.

7. What’s your favourite scary TV series?
Harper’s Island is one I used to love back in the day. It was out for one series which aired in 2009. That’s probably the only scary TV series I’ve ever watched though sadly. It’s a good one mind and if you haven’t watched it, I recommend it 100%!
So that was my partake in the Spooky Halloween Tag! It’s got me all excited for Halloween on Monday and I actually can’t wait to spend time with Dane before and after work watching horror movies and chilling out together under our blanket.
What are you planning to do on Halloween? Make sure to let me know in the comments down below! Also recommend me some scary horror movies for us to watch!
Until next time, take care all and I hope you’re well.
