The Pokemon Tag

As regular readers will know, I LOVE Pokemon! I have done since I discovered the show aged 6 and then the game aged 9. I’ve just been hooked since then and really do love playing both the games still to this day, as well as collecting Pokemon items from the Pokemon Centre in Japan.

I wasn’t at all surprised when I read that Sarah over at Raiin Monkey had taken part in this tag, as I know she loves Pokemon just as much as I do! 😀 She mentioned at the end of the post how she’s happy for anyone to take part in this tag, so whilst I’m poorly in bed I’m giving it a go myself! 😀

I really hope you enjoy my answers to this tag post, I know I’m excited to give it a go.

1. Favourite Pokemon? Definitely Mew, Dragonite and all the Eeveelutions! 😀 I love Cubone and Ampharos too.

2. Least favourite Pokemon? I can’t say as I have a least favourite Pokemon in all fairness… If anything maybe some of the latest generation Pokemon as they’re just lame and weird made up stuff to get the numbers up.

3. Favourite starter Pokemon? Cyndaquil! I love that Pokemon so much.

4. Favourite Eeveelution? Ooo this is a tough one to be honest you!

5. Favourite legendary Pokemon? Definitely Mew as well as all the dog legendary Pokemon from the second generation, Raikou, Entei and Suicune.

6. Most terrifying Pokemon? Mmm this is a tough one as I don’t find any really terrify me as such… If anything MissingNo used to creep me out growing up! I remember catching one in Pokemon Red and it glitched my game, nearly to the point of me losing everything! That’s the most terrified a Pokemon has ever gotten me. 😛

7. Most adorable Pokemon? Aww this is a tough one as there’s so many! 😛 The baby Pokemon evolutions are definitely adorable and I loved them all in generation 2! Of course Mew and the Eeveelutions are up there with the cute Pokemon. One of my favourites has to be Cubone though. 🙂

8. Most amusing Pokemon? Misty’s Psyduck. 😛

9. Favourite Pokemon type? Dragon and fairy.

10. Least favourite Pokemon type? I’d definitely say bug. It’s so shite it’s a joke. 😛

11. Favourite new Pokemon from X and Y? Fennekin and Sylveon! 😀

12. Favourite Pokemon attack or move? Dragon rage is a pretty good one, alongside some of the moves Eevee can learn from it’s Eeveelutions in the new Pokemon: Let’s Go Eevee.

13. Favourite trainer type? Trainer type?! Erm… I don’t know really… I guess the ones that carry cute Pokemon is always good and of course the easy trainers. 😛

14. Your gym leader speciality? I don’t fully get this question… If you mean if I was a gym leader I think my speciality would be fire Pokemon as I seem to sway towards them quite a lot. 😛 In my team I’d have Fennekin, Cyndaquil, Vulpix, Flareon, Arcanine and Rapidash.

15. Favourite region? Kanto and Johto. I love them both too much to pick just the one.

16. Favourite location? Definitely a toss up between Lavender Town from Kanto and Mt Moon from Johto when you get to watch Clefairy and Clefable dance on a Monday.

17. Most relatable Pokemon? I legit went to Buzzfeed and did a quiz because I honestly couldn’t come up with an answer for this! I got Mewtwo and it said, “You’re a rare one, that’s for sure. At times you may let your anger get the best of you, but we all know that you’re a sensitive and thoughtful spirit at heart. This world needs you, but just doesn’t know it yet.” Good enough. 😛

18. Favourite gym leader? Definitely Blue Oak/Gary Oak. I can’t really pick a favourite gym leader as I can’t say that I have one, but I love Gary’s character. He definitely needed to become a gym leader in the future.

19. Favourite elite 4 member/champion? I rather like Lance from gen 1 as he comes back for Silver and Gold to help you out for a “mission”.

20. Favourite Professor? Professor Oak for sure, the original professor! 😀

21. Favourite Pokemon bad guy? Team Rocket is always a good choice, but I really liked N too from the Black and White games.

22. Favourite rival? I’d say Gary Oak but I actually rather liked the rival from Silver, Gold and Crystal. He’s called Silver and from memory he’s actually Giovanni’s son!

23. A friend-relatable Pokemon? Oh God knows! Erm… Probably Snorlax. I love sleeping and if someone wakes me I get very angry. 😛

24. Most useful Pokemon? Every single Eeveelution to be honest with you. 😛 If you needed heat – Flareon. If you needed water – Vaporeon. If you needed electricity – Jolteon. You get the point. 😛

25. Favourite animal Pokemon? Definitely fox/dog.

26. Favourite coloured Pokemon? Purple and white and pink.

27. Favourite game? I’d have to say Pokemon Silver. As much as I loved the original three, Silver has a soft spot in my heart. It’s the Pokemon game I’ve played the most and almost came close to finishing. The reason I didn’t was due to my game becoming corrupted. 😦 I cried for days after it happened.

28. What did you nickname your rival? It was usually my cousin as we used to compete against one another when we played Pokemon. She always did better than I did though. 😛

29. Favourite Pokemon tune or song? There’s loads from Pokemon Silver, Gold and Crystal that I love such as “Violet City” and “Azalea Town”.

30. Most nostalgic element? I think when the Gold and Silver remakes came out and it meant I could replay the games again and gain myself some memories back to when I was a teenager. I spent hours on end, to all hours playing the original Silver game. I think I need to now go away and play Pokemon Silver as I’m just getting too many memories. 😛

Aww I really loved taking part in this Pokemon tag and if it wasn’t for Sarah giving it a go, I don’t know how long it would have taken me to find out about it! Make sure to go and read Sarah’s post to see what her answers were.

I tag everyone who reads this post and loves Pokemon to give the tag a go yourself! 😀

Do you love Pokemon just as much as I do? Let me know in the comments down below.

Until next time, take care all and I hope you’re ready for the weekend, I know I am! 😛

Ohayou! Clothing Persona 5 Phantom Thieves Pins

This is a post I’ve been meaning to get around to writing for agggges now! It was thanks to a chat with Amy over at Writing into the Ether that encouraged me to write this post sooner rather than later. She loves pins just as much as I do! I picked up all of these pins back before Christmas through Ohayou! Clothing‘s Kickstarter, as well as their store online.

As many of my readers will know I LOVE Persona 5, just as much as I do with Pokemon so when Ohayou! (who in turn are my favourite designer) brought out the first two Phanton Thieves designs, I was hooked. So, I thought I would talk about these amazing pins on my blog today, because why not?! 😀

So far the collection has seven pins, which consist of Joker, Panther, Mona, Skull, Fox, Queen and Oracle.

There should really be nine, the missing two being Noir and Crow. I hope in the future that Ohayou! designs and releases these two eventually, as I’d love to own all of the Phantom Thieves, even the evil Crow! 😛

The pins themselves are all gold plated and come with two pins so you can feel a bit more secure when wearing these pins on bags, clothing, etc.

The first two designs that came out were Joker and Panther, which I bought the day they were released. I loved the designs but couldn’t stand the thought of wearing them in case they got lost, damaged or misplaced. So I decided to wait and see if Ohayou! would bring out anymore designs. Not long later she released her Kickstarter and slowly released the other five designs.

Eventually Ohayou! Clothing started posting out peoples Kickstarter awards and hence I received the rest of the Phantom Thieves pins!

I’ll be showing them all off on the photos down below.

Joker

Skull

Mona

Panther

Fox

Queen

Oracle

I don’t believe that there are many people out there making their own Persona 5 pins of the Phantom Thieves, or at least not ALL of them anyway! I have seen the odd Joker and Panther pins flying around but other than that it’s mostly just masks.

I just love the chibi design that Ohayou! Clothing has done with the Phantom Thieves, as well as adding cute little poses with them all too! I especially love that their eyes have hearts in, with each having their eye colours.

If I had to pick a favourite out of the bunch I really love Fox with his side smile, as well as Skull with his grin. They’re all gorgeous though in their own way. The design is just perfect for all of them! As a Persona 5 fan I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of pins.

Not only can you buy these pins in their standard versions for £8.99 but you can also pick up the slightly imperfect versions for £7.99. This means they might have a slight discoloration, scuff etc. I’ve purchased both from Ohayou! Clothing in the past and both have been just as good as the other.

In the future I hope we get the two missing Phantom Thieves, who are Noir and Crow.

Do you love Persona 5 and pins just as much as I do? Make sure to go and check out her designs over on the store, the link is here for you! 🙂

If you love cute pin badge designs, make sure to go and check out Ohayou! Clothing’s other pin badges over on their store! They’re my favourite out there.

What are some of your favourite pin badges you own, as well as designers? Make sure to let me know in the comments down below!

Until next time, take care all and I hope you’re having a lovely week so far. 🙂

A Mini YY Kawaii Haul

Okay, so I said I was going to be saving money this year but yet I’m posting a haul on my blog today! Some saving, eh? Well most of these items I pre-ordered months ago in all fairness and now they’re here I paid the balance off and they arrived. 🙂

So I thought I would show you guys what goodies I recently bought from YY Kawaii! I love her store so damn much and whenever I’m after certain items, I know if I ask, not only will they try their hardest to get said item(s) but they’ll also offer the best price(s) too.

The first item on I’m going to mention in this haul is one I pre-ordered back in September! I didn’t realise it had been THAT long! The wait for this Persona 5 Joker plushie has been totally worth it though and he’s so adorable! He looks really happy with his little smiling face and the detail on his outfit, as well as his face is so good! There’s quite a few of these coming out alongside Joker and even my massive Morgana plushie is a part of the nesoberi collection! This plushie will be going on my bookshelf alongside the Joker plushie I have on there already.

Another item I pre-ordered before Christmas is the Eevee Tamagotchi! I decided to order this for myself before Christmas. This wasn’t cheap and although I didn’t mind paying the price for it at the time, when it arrived I couldn’t quite believe how small it was. Fuck me it’s tiny and it’s kind of a joke how tiny it is. This being said, I like it all the same and LOVE playing it before and after work since it arrived! You could get the pink and yellow versions, I opted for the latter. As you’ve probably guessed you’re looking after an Eevee which after 3 days if lots of love and care, will turn into one of the nine Eeveelutions! I haven’t got to that point just yet, but I can’t wait to find out which one I’ll be getting already! For the price I’m glad I picked this up as they won’t be making anymore now. I would have left it in the packaging, but meh what’s the point in paying money for something I can’t play and enjoy?! Would you guys like me to review this by the way? Make sure to let me know in the comments.

Finally we come onto the next two items, which I pre-ordered just after Christmas and my birthday as a treat for myself. I mentioned in my “What I got For Christmas 2018” post (which you can read here) that Dane bought me four of the nine Eeveelutions as Christmas presents. This then meant I was only missing two more of the Eeveelutions, Glaceon and Leafeon. So I decided it was time to order them! Less than a month later and they’re here and I love them so much.

Out of the two I love Leafeon the most as its face is just so sweet and adorable to look at! The little brown nose really does it for me. 🙂

So that is all for my mini YY Kawaii haul! I honestly love that I’m able to easily get my hands on Japanese goodies through YY Kawaii. I honestly don’t know what I did before I discovered sellers like her.

Have you bought anything recently? What have you bought? Make sure to let me know in the comments!

I am so glad it’s the weekend, what plans do you guys have?

Until next time, take care all and I hope you’re all as excited for the weekend as I am. 😛

February Wish List ’19

I can’t quite believe it’s February already! January really did fly by and to be honest I’m so glad as aside from mine and my mom’s birthdays it was fucking crap. The fact it flew by in a blur was shitty. I wanted to at least get a chance to see January before it was gone.

This being said, I’m using February as a, “this is the month I get my shit together for the rest of the year!” I hope it actually is.

For now however, I’m STUFFED with Korean BBQ and I’m re watching Shameless for the fifth time. I’m actually trying to save up right now so me and Dane can hurry up and book Japan for my birthday, but this being said I’m still going to write my monthly wish list post, because why not. 😛

As you may have already noticed, for the first time in God knows how many years my monthly wish list post isn’t up on the 3rd of the month. I’ve decided that moving forward that this post every month will now be up on the 4th of every month!

Without anymore delays, let’s get on with the post! 😀

  • Persona 5 Futaba Sakura Nendoroid (link)

I am so stoked for this Nendoroid being out now! I’m awaiting the delivery of mine from Gamersheek and I can’t wait for her to arrive. I pre-ordered her back in July 2018 so I’ve been waiting for her for over 6 months now. Soon as she arrives she’ll be going next to my Morgana Nendoroid and then before we know it Joker and Queen will be joining them! As soon as she arrives I’ll try and show her off on my blog. I don’t really talk loads about Nendoroid figures on my blog, as in like a dedicated post. Would you guys like that? Let me know if you would like to.

  • Pink Soda Sport Arden Panel Sports Bra (link)

I’ve been going to my pole fitness once a week with my best friend Jacqui and I always forget how much I miss it as soon as I start it up again. I also plan on starting the gym with Dane this month too so I could do with some more fitness clothing. I own one Pink Soda sports bra and whilst it isn’t the most supportive in the world, it’s super comfortable and does the job for what I need it for. I’d love to get this one soon!

  • Pink Soda Sport Fitness Tights (link)

I know these are called fitness tights… So is that another term for leggings? I could do with some more leggings, again for the gym as well as when me and Dane go for walks together. These match the sports bra that I want to get, so it would be nice to have the matching set in all honesty. I’m going to go for a mooch in JD Sports soon to see what goodies I can get from Pink Soda as I really love the brand.

  • Bravissimo Maya Balconette Bra in Plum (link)

If there is a brand I discovered and fell in love with in 2018, it was Bravissimo! I was actually meant to write about it back when I first bought my bras from them, but that never happened. I may end up doing that soon considering it’s been since around July time. I can have a good natter about my experience, as well as which bras I own and why they’re good. ANYWAY this is one of the new styles they’ve brought out in 2019 and it looks GORGEOUS! It looks super comfortable, the colour is really pretty and it just looks fab. It’s not the cheapest in the world, but if it feels comfortable, makes me feel sexy and well does the job, I can’t really complain.

  • Himouto! Umaru-chan Vol. 4 (link)

New month, new manga! I’m not going to lie, I hardly read any manga throughout January and this is purely because I was just too bloody busy. I don’t think I’ll pick up this manga until I’ve caught up with all the series volumes I have right now. This being said, I LOVE this manga so as soon as I can pick this up to read I will for sure! I need to finish watching season 2 of Himouto! Umaru-chan in all fairness.

  • Paperchase Valentines Pink Ombre Heart Pen (link)

This is such a random item on this list, but in one of my most recent emails about Paperchase’s Valentine’s Day collection I noticed this being advertised and I kind of fell in love with it. It’s obviously meant to be a lolly and even though it’s nothing special, I still love the look of it! I’d have it for work to brighten up my pen pot even more so than it already is. My only issue however is, I bet it’s not a black pen! Which I use the most in my job. 😛 I MAY pick it up as for £3.00 it’s not a bad price. 🙂

  • Laneige Two Tone Matte Lip Bar in Red Velvet (link)

I really want to try some more Korean beauty products in 2019, especially lip products. I feel like I need more lip tints in my life as I really love doing the “bitten” lip look. I stumbled across the Laneige two tone lip bars and fell in love. I intend to pick some up soon but the one I really have my eye on is this red velvet shade, which will look really nice in colour opaque, as well as blotted out. I don’t know why but the shade colour reminds me of something vintage, which I love even more! If I end up getting this one, or any of the lip bars, I’ll definitely review them! 😀

So that was my wish list for February! I’m trying to save money to be honest with you as I REALLY want Japan booked out the way, so I can spend the next 11 months saving up spending money. As soon as Japan is booked, you guys will definitely know about it. 😛

What are you guys wishing for throughout February? Make sure to let me know in the comments down below!

Until next time, take care all and I hope you’re having an amazing start to the week. 🙂

Life Lately -Urgh Can 2019 Slow Down?!

Busy GIF by Leroy Patterson

Image taken from GIPHY

I just want to address that I didn’t realise I hadn’t written a life lately post since August 2018!

I didn’t think it had been so long to be honest with you, but it’s obvious that from August until now things haven’t been too bad. Not that things are bad when I do a life lately post, but I usually tend to do them when I want to address some things with you guys – my readers.

I’ve got myself a cup of earl grey tea and I’m binge watching a TV show I’ve come to adore since my Christmas time off work. I think you should grab yourself a lovely drink and get settled down for this blog post. 🙂

To start off this post I’ll be blunt. January hasn’t been shit but it hasn’t been perfect. It’s been exhausting. My jokey wording for January is like a bad shag – yeah it’s good for the time but leaves you unsatisfied and you wonder why you bothered in the first place.

2019 is the year I want to try and have my blog better than ever and I know we’re only into the first month of the year but deep down I already feel like I’ve fucked up somehow.

Computer Falling GIF

Without going into too much detail (because I’m private in some ways and all that) I got a promotion at work, a very good one at that. It was fab being offered it as finally after working on and off since the age of 14, I’ve finally been recognised and been shown I have some potential. It’s amazing and I love it. However, with responsibility comes the realisation of being an adult… Even though I experience that anyway, but you know what I mean!

Due to this new responsibility I’ve been busier than ever and my blog has been pushed away due to this. This sucks. I love my blog, it’s what I look forward to doing after days at work and over the weekend. I love writing my geeky content, reviews and especially working with companies to promote their amazing products.

I also love chatting to bloggers and followers on my Twitter and Instagram about all sorts and even that I feel like I’m pushed it to the side due to being tired and busy.

I just feel like since the start of the year my blog has taken a MASSIVE step back and this upsets me. It’s my hobby at the end of the day and my main one at that. It upsets me that something I am so passionate about and love is being shoved on a dusty shelf until I get around to looking at it again from afar. It really fucking sucks.

When I have been coming to looking at my blog and doing work on it I feel like the content I write and publish is shite, utter shite. Boring shite at that that no one cares about. I know this isn’t true though. My fabulous friends and followers are commenting on posts still and I love you all to the moon and back for sticking with me.

Busy Chis Sweet Home GIF

There have been a few tough moments for my blog, the worst being back in 2013/2014 when my blog had really taken off, but so had my anxiety and depression. I used to come home from my job at the time and just lie in bed, with something playing in the background as I mindlessly thought about how shit my life was and whether or not I wanted to carry on.

Alas 5/6 years later I’m in a much better place than I was and I can’t believe how I am now. My younger self would never believe that I could ever be better. Granted I’m not 100%, but I’m in a much better place.

I know this post has been utter waffle, but I just wanted to get it out there that I know my blog content hasn’t been amazing this month and that I’ve been fairly quiet on social media, but it’ll get better.

Throughout February I’m going to try and post my usual sort of content from reviews, beauty, lifestyle, geeky stuff and maybe some fashion too.

Are there any posts you’d love to see on my blog throughout February? 🙂 Make sure to let me know in the comments!

I am rather excited for next month for coffee dates, seeing Sabrepulse play as well as many more things. What plans do you have for February? Make sure to let me know about that in the comments too.

Until next time all, I hope you’re well and have had a fab weekend. 🙂

5 Games That Are Great for Anxiety

How are we less than 2 weeks away from February?! 2019 is already flying by and I don’t like it. 😛

It’s Sunday evening and I’m not going to lie, I have serious writers block. I haven’t had this for years now so I’m a bit miffed. I know you shouldn’t write when you can’t think of anything, but at the same time I want to get something in my blog. I’ve had a week of overtime, exercising in various different ways and spending the last half an hour of my night before I sleep playing games on my phone or watching a YouTube video.

This inspired me to write today’s blog post. I know a lot of people suffer from anxiety and in fact 1 in 4 people are diagnosed with anxiety, including myself. My anxiety has gotten better to be fair, but it still lingers and at the worst times is still a pain in the arse.

So I decided to combine one of loves with one of my hates. I love gaming and I hate my anxiety, of course. 😛

There are various games I like to play when I’ve had a rough day and I thought these may help you guys when you just need to chill out in your favourite space and try to forget stuff for a while as you relax.

I really hope this post can help some of you the way these games have helped me in the past. 🙂

1. Animal Crossing: Pocket Came – Free on App Store and Google Play.

The first game I want to talk about is the one I’m really loving the most recently. Since I got my iPhone XR (which you can read about here) I’ve re downloaded and rediscovered this amazing free game! Not only is it free but it’s Animal Crossing, what’s not to love?! I did play this when it first came out and I loved it so much, but I was in my old job and too miserable to play it. I’d just binge watch YouTube and scroll through Instagram instead. Then I didn’t have room on my phone anymore to continue to keep it, so it was deleted. Now I have loads of room, it’s back on my phone and played daily now! It’s staying this time around. 😛 This is a bit more straight forward to play than the Animal Crossing we all know and love from various Nintendo consoles and handheld consoles. As the name suggests you have your own camp that you need to look after and make sure your animals are happy! There are always new things happening in the game due to constant updates to coincide with special events that are happening in the world. You do need a WiFi connection to play this game, but that’s fairly easy to get nowhere days. I just find this game really handy to play if I need to relax, especially before bed.

2. House Flipper – £15.49 on Steam.

This is a game I really love and actually haven’t played for some time. It’s beyond relaxing and one of those games where you won’t realise where the time has gone until it’s pitch black outside and you can’t stand yawning anymore. As the title of the game suggests you’re a house flipper, and need to brings homes back to a good place! I love when you have a grotty house that needs some TLC. It is a very lengthy game and some homes can take agggges to put back right, but that being said it’s still so relaxing to play. You could put some of your own music on, a TV show or even the radio and you’d be super relaxed! I really want to play it now to be honest with you. 😛

3. Sushi Cat – 99p on App Store and free to play online.

This is a game I’ve played on and off over the years. Not only is it cute, but it’s actually addictive to sit and play! It’s free online for all the games that have been made to date, but you can also download it for a small fee on the App Store. You play as Sushi Cat who has fallen in love with a female cat plushie. He needs to gain weight however to get into the store to get to her, so what does a sushi loving cat do? Eat all the sushi he can get! That’s the aim of the game, get him to eat all the sushi! I love it so damn much and it really does cheer me up to play with the cut scenes, as well as the game play. Just Google search and you’ll soon find this game and the others in this series.

Image taken from Steam

4. Viscera Cleanup Detail – £9.99 on Steam.

This is a game I love so damn much! I really enjoy playing it with Dane as it’s hilarious to play together, but I think playing this game solo is so much better and definitely more relaxing. You’re in charge of cleaning up a grim bloody scene, surrounded by bits of bodies and lots of blood and gore. It’s not graphic, just in case you’re wondering! 😛 You just have to clean up the area as much as possible, mopping up blood, burning bits of bodies, etc. It’s hilarious to play and would definitely take your mind off of stuff!

Image result for pokemon go

Image taken from Pokemon.com

5. Pokemon Go – Free on App Store and Google Play.

The last game I’m going to talk about on this post is definitely my favourite out of the bunch! I love playing Pokemon GO! Not only does it get me out of the house to walk around and play games as and when I fancy it, but if I’ve had a hard day and need to get away from everyone for a while, you can have a walk and play this at the same time. I remember years ago as a teenager and in my early 20’s when I had stuff on my mind I’d go for a walk with my music to think things through, but I was always just endlessly walking and thinking. Now with games like Pokemon Go and the Jurassic Park one you can play games whilst you’re out walking, running, etc! I love how we have stuff like this now, it’s amazing. I find this can motivate people who are feeling anxious as well to get out of the house to try and not let any thoughts take over them too much, if that makes sense? 🙂

Which of the games do you think will work best for when you’re feeling anxious or just want something to relax you? Are there any games suggestions you have that I didn’t name on this list? Make sure to let me know in the comments!

Until next time, take care all and I hope you’ve had a lovely weekend. 🙂

Petty Bones Club – New Pokemon Pins*

Good morning one and all! Can you believe we are over halfway through January and before we know it it’ll be February. Crazy, isn’t it?!

As many of my readers will know from throughout 2018, pin badges was something I came to love so much and buy monthly, as well as worth with some amazing companies to show off some gorgeous designs.

I can’t believe it’s been just over 5 months now that I became a brand rep for Petty Bones Club (which you can read all about here, as well as see the goodies I received in my first package!), which was one of my favourite things to come out of my blog in 2018. Their pin badge designs are gorgeous and I love how chubby and cute the designs are.

Back at the start of September Petty Bones Club released a new Kickstarter (you can see it here, even though you can’t pledge anymore), which campaigned to launch a mixture of different Pokemon pin badges. Of course I backed it and opted for the cute Growlithe pin!

About a week ago I reached out to Lauren over at Petty Bones Club to see if she would like me to talk about her new Pokemon pin badge designs on my blog, which she was more than happy to do! She sent me a handful of items to talk about, which I am so excited to share on here with you guys!

If you love Pokemon and pin badges, I’m sure you’ll be taken in by how cute and adorable these designs are that she sent me.

As well as the designs she sent me, I’ll be talking about the ones I received from backing the Kickstarter campaign.

I’ll be talking about all the new Pokemon pins that Petty Bones Club have out, which in total are 8 new designs and honestly each design is as cute as the next! I received 4 of the designs to talk about and I have 2 of them already, of course from the Kickstarter. Any that I was gifted by Petty Bones Club for this post will have an * next to them. You know the drill. 😛

  • Officer Growlithe enamel pin – £8.00 – (link) Officer Growlithe reporting for duty!

This is actually the pin I picked up from my Kickstarter and as soon as the design was revealed by Petty Bones Club I KNEW I had to have it! Growlithe is such a cute Pokemon and I’m pretty much I don’t just speak for myself when I say how it reminds us of both Jesse and his Growlie, as well as the fact that the Officer Jenny’s have Growlithe’s. The latter is obviously where the pins design stemmed from, which I LOVE. The Growlithe is just so chubby and kawaii looking and with its little cap on we know for a fact it’s on duty and ready to go! 😛 It just puts so much joy to my day when I wear this design on my cardigans during my shifts at work, as well as weekends off on hoodies and jackets. If you didn’t guess by now, this is my favourite design out of the bunch.

  • Togepi enamel pin* – £8.00 (link) Everyone’s favourite little egg!

This is one of the pins that Petty Bones Club sent me and it’s so adorable! Like Growlithe, the first thing people think of when they see a Togepi is how it was Misty’s Pokemon in the anime series. This little Togepi pin badge is so adorable and clearly very lovable due to the hearts surrounding it. This little Togepi is so damn cuddly looking and happy that I can only imagine how much attention this pin would gain you whilst wearing it!

  • Haunter enamel pin* – £8.00 (link) Everyone’s favourite spooky boi

This is definitely one of my favourite pins from this collection for so many reasons! For a spooky boi Petty Bones Club has done such a good job at making him a cutie spooky boi. 😛 He’s a really generous size, which I really like as I feel if he was smaller all the detail that’s been put into him wouldn’t really look as good. He’s just so cute and that’s something I honestly love about this collection as a whole. Yeah Pokemon are cute, but Petty Bones Club just has a way of making all her designs look cuddly and adorable. I can’t wait to wear this pin badge out and about, as I already know it’s going to get a lot of attention.

  • Alolan Vulpix enamel pin – £8.00 (link) The prettiest white fox!

This Alolan Vulpix pin actually came with my Officer Growlithe pin when my Kickstarter order arrived! I can only assume this was a little extra from Lauren to thank me for my continued support. Either was it was a cute and lovely gesture! This is the only pin out of the Pokemon collection to be silver plated, which in turn works so well for the Alolan Vulpix design! If this had of been on a gold or even rose gold plating it wouldn’t have looked right. I remember when I received and reviewed some of the pin badges last time from Petty Bones Club, I loved how the colour of the metal used for each pin worked in part with the colours of the design. It’s such a small thing, but something that I always notice when ordering pin badges for myself.

  • Vulpix enamel pin* – £8.00 (link) Introducing Vulpix! The original fire fox

This is another one of my favourite pins, it’s so damn cute and I remember awing at it when I opened the little package that all the goodies Lauren sent me were in. Although I love foxes and Vulpix, I didn’t actually own a Vulpix pin badge until Lauren sent me this one! I’m so chuffed to have it in my collection now in all honesty as Vulpix’s little face is so damn cute! I love how both the Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix are completely different. It means they can be worn together but look different. Alolan faces right with a shut smiling mouth, whilst Vulpix faces left with an open smiling mouth. I love the differences between the two! I plan to wear them both at the same time on my Persona 5 jacket (which you can see and read about here) as I know these will attract loads of attention and questions from Pokemon fans, both old and new. I just love the little face on Vulpix, it looks so happy! Like the Alolan Vulpix, this is on a different coloured plating to the rest of the pins. This Vulpix is actually on a rose gold plated enamel, which I really love! It works so well for the colour scheme of the pins design and if anything really does add something a little more.

  • Alolan Raichu enamel pin* – £8.00 (link) If you thought Raichu was cute, think again! Alolan Raichu is not only super cute, he can also surf on that super cute tail of his!

This is the final pin I’ll be talking about in this collection and I’m pretty sure it was the first one that Lauren announced when these pins were being teased, ready for the Kickstarter to begin. I fell in love with the design as I feel like there hasn’t really been many Alolan Raichu pin designs out there! This one is so cute, even with the chubby electric shocks next to Raichu. I do really like Alolan Raichu, even more so than the original so this pin really stood out to me when it was initially announced back in August/September time. This pin badge will be especially fun to wear in the summer I feel! Don’t ask me why, I just do. 😛

So those are 6 out of 8 of the designs I bought and was sent by Lauren over at Petty Bones Club. All of the pin badges are amazing quality, in both design and enamel pins themselves. With all of Lauren’s work you can really see she’s put some time, thought, effort and especially love into all of the designs of the Pokemon and although I have some favourites, I do love them all!

Alongside all the cute pins she sent me, she also sent me some Pokemon stickers, as well as a charm of Misty with Psyduck! I received one of these with my Kickstarter order and I love the design so much! I’d love for Lauren to come out with Ash with Pikachu and Brock with Vulpix too.

To rank my top 3 they’d have to be – Officer Growlithe, Haunter and Vulpix. They’re so damn cute! I think I’m going to spend the rest of this week rocking the Haunter pin badge at work with my rainbow cardigan, because why not! 😛

I’ll pop Petty Bones Club’s website down below again, as well as all their social media pages!
