November Wish List ’22

First of all apologies for the silence from me for two weeks! As I mentioned in my last blog post (October Favourites ’22) both me and Dane were due to have some time off work together, and we pretty much chilled all the week, and went for a chilled holiday the weekend. It was a much deserved and needed break for us both and we were sort of gutted to be back at work.

We just spent a lot of time together, which was also very overdue. We live together, so we are always just a room away from each others company, but sometimes we might be doing our own thing, whether that be online with friends, or solo. I’ve been spending a lot of time on my cross stitch projects lately, whereas Dane has been playing a lot of games, so it was nice to come together to do things we both love… Which was playing games. 😛 Then over the weekend we went to North Wales to stay at a shepherds hut, have a go at clay throwing, and of course explore some parts of the area. I’m going to talk more about our trip soon, so keep eyes peeled for it at the end of the month on my November favourites. 😉

I’ve realised whilst putting this wish list together that not only is it very clothing and plushie heavy, but it’s also very Pokemon heavy as well! Not that there’s anything wrong with any of those things, but if you aren’t a massive Pokemon fan… This months favourites may not be for you. 😛

• Pokemon Center Vulpix & Alolan Vulpix Snowflake Knit Sweater – (link)

Christmas is just around the corner and with that, the Pokemon Center here in the UK and more have launched their Pokemon Christmas goods! Last year I purchased a Pokemon Christmas jumper, and I didn’t plan to again this year. However, when I saw this Vulpix snowflake sweater appear on the website, I just knew I had to get it. At this moment in time I haven’t ordered it, but, I do potentially plan to when I’m paid at the end of the month. I intend to wear the shit out of my Eevee Christmas jumper this year, but I love the look of this one for winter overall, as it doesn’t exactly shout “Christmas” at you, does it? It’s not cheap at £39.99, and the size I planned to get is currently sold out, so we’ll see what happens. 🙂 I remember last year a lot of people bought the Christmas jumpers and quickly sold them online in January.

• Lumichee 100% Cotton Batbat Hoodie – (link)

Lumichee is an independent store/brand I’ve been in love with for a while now, especially since my own goodies from the brand arrived last month that I ordered! I picked up a plush, and a hoodie and on this wish list I have the same types of items wished after all over again. The Lumichee hoodies are SO COMFORTABLE and by far my favourites in my wardrobe alongside my Pokemon Center UK 2019 one. They’re really baggy too, which is ideal for me as I love an oversized hoodie. I love Lumichee’s Batbat design, so the fact they have released one makes me happy. This probably won’t be something I purchase for myself until after Christmas, for obvious reasons. 😛

• Pokemon Center Plush Flareon Pokémon Fuwa Fuwa Daki – (link)

This is up the top of my wish list right now! Recently the Pokemon Center announced three new fuwa fuwa daki plushies would be available to buy, Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon. These haven’t hit the UK Pokemon Center yet, which I’m hoping they do for a few reasons… The first one (and main one at that) being the cost for shipping is very high… £30 plus in fact, which is more than the plush itself. The second reason being I could maybe ask for one as a Christmas/birthday present then. I’m wary only Dane would order from Japan, but even then I don’t think it’s something he wants to do at the moment. Whilst I’d love all three of these cute fluffy babies, the one plush I want the most is the Flareon. It’s cute little surprised face is adorable, and my favourite out of the three. We’ll see if I get this cutie in the future or not. 😛

• Lumichee “Monochrome” Mini Batbat Plush Series 4 – (link)

The other Lumichee item, and another plushie to boot. 😛 The Batbat plush is one I’ve wanted for about two years now, as I do love bats. 🙂 I recently received my sakura inspired Mousemoth, which I do adore, but I still want a Batbat… This monochrome version is really cute and it’s mini too, so it won’t take over my plushie collection too much! 😛 Like the Batbat hoodie, I do plan on ordering that and the plush for myself after Christmas!

• Pokémon Scarlet & Violet – Dual Pack Steelbook Edition – (link)

The new Pokemon game is out in less than a week now and I am SO EXCITED! I’ve had the dual pack pre-ordered since June and I’m ready for it now. I’ve watched all the trailers, and in all honesty I’ve also seen all the spoilers. I’m sick of seeing other people play it, I want to have my turn now! I ordered the dual pack as Dane will play Scarlet, and I’ll play Violet. We have Friday off work to play this all day together, as well as over the weekend, which I am beyond ready for! If you haven’t watched any of the trailers for the new games, go and do it! I know I’ve linked the dual pack, but I’m wary that a lot of places have sold out of this now, so keep eyes peeled for where you can grab your copy/copies. 🙂

• Pokemon Gastly Winter Coat – (link)

Finally we have the item I’m probably most after on this list, which is a Pokemon themed winter coat, and of course if you didn’t gather by the name, it’s inspired by Gastly! This is from EMP, an alternative fashion website I frequent to every now and then, more so at Christmas for gifts for Dane. I saw a Twitter account share this coat, and some other Pokemon fashion items from this EMP Gastly range and fell in love straight away! If it wasn’t for the fact I’ve had so much stuff to pay for lately, as well as Christmas looming, I think I’d have bought this coat for myself by now! I’m semi hopeful I can pick it up for myself after Christmas as it would be a nice addition to my wardrobe. I love how long it hangs at the back, as well as the hood. Plus, it’s a duffle coat style, which is one of my favourites! I currently own and wear a red duffle coat during the colder months, which I don’t really want to replace.

So, there we have it guys, my wish list for November! Realistically from this point until after Christmas, I probably won’t be buying myself a lot of stuff, as that’s what Christmas is kind of for, as well as my birthday in January.

November Wish List ‘21

I still can’t believe it’s November already, let alone the end of the second week! This month is flying by and before we know it, it’ll be December. I need to start planning what I’m going to buy people for Christmas and whilst this year doesn’t seem too bad for ideas, I do feel like I’m kind of out of ideas(?).

This months with list was pretty hard for me to put together as I really struggled! Four of the items on this list are either items I’ve order, or already pre-ordered. I think I struggled due to Christmas coming up. I’m not really buying a fat lot right now, I need to keep items available for potential Christmas present ideas for Dane.

This being said, some stuff on this list (that aren’t orders/pre-orders) are things I’m hoping to buy at some point this month… We’ll see. 😛

• Pokemon Funko Pop! Advent Calendar.

The first item on this months wish list and unfortunately… This is really hard to get hold of now. Putting this out there now for anyone who may ask later. This advent calendar was announced back in August and shortly after Pop In A Box UK popped it up for pre-order, which I jumped on before going to bed. When I woke up, Emily (Totally Emily) had mentioned that the advent calendar was no longer on the website… I was a bit worried and decided to drop an email to Pop In A Box UK to find out if my order was going to be cancelled. I’d not received confirmation of it, so I could only assume my order was okay. Later I found out that my order was safe, but the advent calendar had been taken down from the website due to how quickly it sold out! I’m due to get this in the post this month and I’m honestly so excited! I do love the Pokemon Funko Pop! figures, but I don’t want them at the same time. I only own the Mew Funko Pop! and that’s enough for me. With the little mini versions however, these will be cute to pop in displays in our office living room and bedroom, as well as stick on top of my desk monitor. 😛

• Sugar Bunny Shop Santa’s Reindeer Wood Ornament Garland – (link)

This is a Christmas ornament I really wanted to buy last year, but never did due to the price of it. Christmas was expensive last year as I not only spoilt Dane, but myself with buying loads of stuff from American independent artists. This year both me and Dane have decided to do the house up as much as possible this year for Christmas, including popping some more lights up! Seeing as we’re thinking of doing the house up more Christmassy this year, a part of me wants to actually snag adorable AF reindeer wooden ornaments. I’d pop them on our fireplace, potentially with some battery operated fairy lights.

• Persona 4 Golden Nendoroid P4G Hero Yu Narukami – (link)

I’m always excited for Nendoroid releases, especially when you’re counting down the months from pre-ordering. I’m a massive Persona 5 fan, and Persona 4 Golden is still a game I’m playing at the moment. I got stuck on a boss and I’ve been debating whether or not to restart that game… ANYWAY I couldn’t resist pre-ordering Yo Narukami, the hero in Persona 4/Persona 4 Golden. He won’t be going with my Persona 5 collection, but he’ll go in mine and Dane’s game Nendoroid section of our collection! I’ll make sure to show him off on Instagram when he arrives at the end of November. 😀

• Isabelle Summer Outfit Amiibo – (link)

This is something I ordered last week when I ordered my Animal Crossing series 5 amiibo cards! As some of you may know, I’ve been collecting the Animal Crossing amiibo figures since the summer now and currently I only have two/three left to buy, Timmy & Tommy and Kicks, as well as Smash Isabelle if you want to include her. On places like CeX they’re selling the Isabelle summer outfit amiibo for £15.00, whereas the official Nintendo UK store sells this one for £10.99… So go figure. 😛 I waited to see if the series 5 amiibo cards would land on the Nintendo UK store, which they did so… Yeah I popped her into my basket too. 😛

• Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl  – (link, link and link)

I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS!!! November is an amazing month for games and I honestly cannot wait for this to come out next week, I just wish I was off work to play it all day. xD This being said, I’ll be spending all the weekend it’s out playing it. I bought both Diamond and Pearl, just so Dane can play Diamond if he wants to, but so far he isn’t fussed… Which is fine, I can keep Diamond for myself to grab any special Pokemon for Diamond, as well as the starter Pokemon. PLUS, if I wanted to stream myself playing one of the gen four remakes, I’d be playing Diamond. Pearl was my gen 4 game of choice (as well as Platinum) back in the day and I loved it so much, so I’m already excited about the nostalgia I’m going to feel again. 🙂 ALSO an FYI, I’m planning on writing next week about all the games that have come/coming out this month that I’m excited for and loving, so make sure to keep eyes peeled for that!

• PVRIS Gig Tickets.

Finally, we have a random wish list item… But one I would really love to snag. When I moved to my current role at the start of 2019 I discovered PVRIS through listening to Kerrang! Radio during the working day, as well as driving to and from the office, and since then I’ve been in love. I missed seeing them in the UK when they did an intimate tour in 2020, so I’d love to finally go and see them next year! Why haven’t I ordered tickets then? Well, because I’m anxious. I’m anxious due to COVID and I don’t really know what the future holds? I’m seeing My Chemical Romance in May 2022 (just weeks after the PVRIS gig) but as I booked that back in January 2020, (when COVID wasn’t such a big thing) and how heart-breaking it was to get those tickets, I’m not willing to cancel the tickets for MCR. Thinking of it logically, I’d hate to get COVID from the PVRIS gig and then not be able to attend the MCR gig so… I doubt I’ll buy tickets unless it’s last minute, we’ll see.

So, there we have it guys, my wish list for November! I know it isn’t anything amazing, but with it being so close to Christmas, November is usually quite quiet.. Which is fair in every circumstance.

To think, the next wish list I’ll be writing will be for Christmas now! I seriously can’t believe how quickly the year has flown, it’s scary in a way, isn’t it?

November Wish List ’19

How is it November already? OH and how am I already back at work after a week off? It’s crazy just how quickly this year has flown. Can you believe there’s only 8 weeks until 2020? It’s mad, it really is! I’m rather excited for November, I have lots of stuff going on and after a week off work to relax and refresh, I’m definitely going into the month, full steam ahead!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this months wish list, I felt constant excitement throughout it for at least half of the items as they’ve already been pre-ordered and will be with me soon… AHHH! 😀

• Pokemon Center Japan Dratini Neck Pillow (link)

I feel like I haven’t seen a collection from the Pokemon Center for ages that I’ve loved and the new dragon type Pokemon with their babies is absolutely adorable! As I’m going to Japan at the start of 2020 a neck pillow is something I would like to pick up for the trip. Me and Dane do own one, but I would like one of my own to use. I would love to pick this one up, but at the same time it’s expensive and I need to keep saving for my actual holiday to Japan! If this is available when I’m in Japan, I think I’ll definitely pick it up for the flight home.

• Invasion Club Otaku Essentials Ita-Bag (link)

I discovered this Ita Bag through Attack on Mew over on Instagram and I really want it for my Japan trip now! It’s only recently come back in stock in the holographic design… If it wasn’t for the fact I’ve bought myself some new shoes, I think I might have ended up getting this! I would keep Persona 5, Animal Crossing and Pokemon pins in there to really showcase three of my favourite things! Invasion Club is a Japanese company, so I could have waited until I get to Japan to pick this bag up… However, the store is located in Osaka which is a JOURNEY from where we’re staying. 😦 I can see me asking for this for Christmas, or just picking it up myself. 🙂

• Pokemon Sword & Shield Dual Edition (link)

I cannot tell you how excited I am for this game. Like seriously I am itching to play it now! Especially now that leaks have now flooded social media of what the new Pokemon will look like. I don’t care about spoilers in all honesty, I’m going to see them sooner or later! I had a go on the 10 minute demo at the Pokemon Center in London (which you can read about here) and I honestly fell in love! After the shambles that was Sun and Moon, they’ve brought back the old roots that we know and love with Sword and Shield! I’ve bought both so that me and Dane can play together, but I’ll be playing Shield and Dane will play Sword. This is due to exclusives… I want the Galar Ponyta more than he does. 😛

• Nintendo Switch Lite – Pokemon Zacian & Zamazenta Edition (link)

Of course me and Dane only own one Nintendo Switch, which is his… So, it was time for me to finally pick up a Switch of my own! I decided to go for a Switch Lite, but I can’t stand the 3 colours that Nintendo decided to come out with, however I really loved the colour scheme for the Pokemon Zacian & Zamazenta Edition. It’s blue and pink, you can’t go wrong! I’ll be getting this this week and I’ve even booked a half day off work on Friday so I can go and pick it up and play! 😀 Let me know guys if you would like to see a review on this! • Quirkory Galar Pony Lilac Metal Enamel Pin (link)

Quirkory have fast become one of my favourite independent artist stores since their release of the A profusion of Eeveelutions & Lunar Spookies Kickstarter campaign, which is full of gorgeous Eeveelution designs in the form of Greek Gods. When they announced this gorgeous Galar Ponyta design over on their Instagram page, I knew I had to buy it. It was for sale on their Etsy page, but sadly this is now sold out and I don’t know if it will be back in stock or not… You could pick this up on either a gold or lilac enamel, of course I went for the latter. I don’t own any pins on coloured enamel, so I knew I had to pick this up purely for how unique it is. That and the design is gorgeous! I hope this and the Eeveelution pins I backed arrive in time for my Japan trip. I honestly need them so I can show them off as much as possible! • TobySperring Persona 5 Morgana T-Shirt (link)

I love Persona 5… Everyone knows this by now, right? I love the fact that I am into a game series that actually has a decent amount of merchandise surrounding it. AND now that we’re getting Persona 5 Royal AND Persona 5 Scramble, there will be even more, which makes me a very happy nerd. However, I do love supporting independent artists too and every now and then I will have a search online for some cute AF Persona 5 goodies. This is one I recently discovered and I really love the design and the fact you can get it in a t-shirt makes me really happy.  It’s this cute design of Morgana in some blue pyjamas and talking to you about being tired and going to sleep. This is just Morgana all over, with his tagline being to tell Joker to go to sleep. Sadly however, the t-shirt is now sold out. 😦 I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled in the future for the t-shirt to come back in stock.

• Pokemon Center Japan Dragonite and Dratini Plush (link)

Finally we have another Pokemon item and that is from the same collection from the Pokemon Center as the Dratini neck pillow. I wish, wish, WISH I could pick this plush up. For years (and even still!) I have wanted a genuine Dragonite plush and the fact I can now get a massive one, cuddling its baby Dratini is perfect… But I can’t buy it… I just can’t justify it. This would cost between £35-£50 to buy which is a lot of money considering I am still making sure to save up for my Japan trip. If this is available there when I go, I’ll probably pick it up, but for now I’ll just have to go without… 😦 This whole collection is perfect and I really wish I could pick something up from it.

So there you have it, my monthly wish list for November! It was so Pokemon heavy and I honestly didn’t realise until towards the end of writing this post. There are only 2 items that aren’t Pokemon related and even then they’re of another gaming series I love AND something to house Pokemon related items in.

I still can’t believe how quickly October went and I already feel like this month will fly! I have so much going on (good things!) and I honestly can’t wait. I’m rather excited for November for various reasons… Most of which are gaming related, both video and board. November Wish List ’18

Why am I bothering to write a wish list so close to Christmas? Meh because I can, I guess! 😛

I apologise if this list is full of waffle, I really do but meh I’m kind of struggling to come up with things I want to get with Christmas being around the corner. It’s also crazy to think the next wish list I write will be for December, I mean where has the year gone?!

I’ll try my best however with my wish list, some items might be pre orders I’ve made, where others might just be items I’m going to have to lust after until after Christmas. I have to be careful not to buy anything that Dane may have already bought me… 😛

• WoodWick Sea Salt Caramel Candle – (link)

I LOVE WoodWick candles and although I rather like Yankee Candles, WoodWick are definitely my favourite. I love that they crackle as they burn and they’re also made out of soy wax so they’re actually better for you, breathing in wise. I’ve owned quite a few mini jars of the seat salt caramel scent and it is by far one of my favourites. I’d love to own the massive jar, but like Yankee Candle’s these aren’t the cheapest. So worth the money though! This may end up on a Christmas list or I might even buy it myself in the New Year.

• Pokemon: Let’s Go Eevee! & Poke Ball Plus – (link)

Oh man I am SO EXCITED for this game to come out this month! I’ve had it on preorder since it was announced back in May and I cannot believe in less than 2 weeks it will be out! Out of the two I preordered I decided I wanted Eevee, as having a little Eevee around with me sounds so adorable! I also ordered the bundle with the Poke Ball Plus with it too! I gave this game a go with the Poke Ball Plus at EGX in September and it was so good and it just made me so glad that I ordered it with the game. I’m especially excited to play this game with Dane, as it’s two player.

• Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream – (link)

I’ve been after a cuticle cream for the longest time and I’ve always heard nothing but good things about the Burt’s Bees one. I even tried it years ago when in store and it seemed like something good to pick up. I think I wanted it more for when I used to use gel nail polish all the time, which in turn I would like to get back into using again. This is something I’d love to pick up on a whim soon.

• Persona 5 Morgana Sega Prize “Nesoberi” Lying Down Plush – (link)

This is something I actually have preordered from YY Kawaii and I honestly cannot wait to get it! I’ve been after a Morgana plush for the longest time, but the one I really want is either hard to find or costs a fucking bomb! This one is quite a nice size and will either sit on our bed or on my cuddle chair downstairs. Either way I am so excited to get this now. 😛 I’ll definitely show it off on social media when I have him.

• Himouto! Umaru-chan Vol. 3 – (link)

I LOVE this manga series and although this volume came out in October, I didn’t actually realise this until late in October so I made sure to order a copy ready for November time. I don’t plan to buy anymore manga after this as I’m unsure if Dane will buy me any for Christmas or my birthday. I do have some that I plan to add to my wish list in December mind, so keep eyes peeled for that next month if you’re interested.

• Spyro Reignited Trilogy on PlayStation 4 – (link)

This is another game I’m really excited for this month! I was gutted back in September when it got pushed back but meh whatever, it’s going to be out in a couple of weeks now and it’s going to have been worth the wait for sure. I’m excited to play through all of the games and reminisce about all the hours, days and summer holidays spent playing these games. I plan to play the second Spyro game first as this was the first one I played back in the day.

• Hell Bunny Full Moon Mini Dress – (link)

I’ve never owned a Hell Bunny dress myself, but I have always been intrigued by them. I saw a picture of this style floating around on Instagram and thought it looked really nice! I recently only managed to remember about it and ventured to the website to check it out. It’s not the cheapest dress in the world, not going to lie… But it’s definitely a dress I’m going to keep my eye on for the future as I would like to own something like this again, especially for both work and days off.

So those are what items I have on my wish list for this month! I know it’s nothing special and most of it I’ve got on preorder, but meh sadly a lot of stuff I don’t want to add to my list as I want those for next month.

Next month is December. That in itself is bloody scary!
